Wow, what a beautiful day for democracy in rural Pennsylvania! Thanks to everyone for all you did to make our Primary Election day welcoming, safe, and successful. As I visited each poll, I was struck by how our polling places themselves are an extraordinary slice of Americana—churches, VFW, rod and gun club, elementary and high schools, college, community centers, township buildings, borough halls, fire departments. I took a picture of each and the kind folks I found there. Truly, a celebration of rural Pennsylvania and the blessings of democracy! See full
